Built KibbleOps Admin for @OpenCode - a control panel for a dog food SaaS.

It runs on seeded mock data in a database, so the app behaves like a real ops workspace without pretending to move actual orders or payments.

What it covers:
- KPI strip with revenue trend and order status mix
- Orders, subscriptions, inventory, and customer views
- Status edits that immediately ripple through the dashboard
- A reset flow so every demo starts from the same baseline

Because this is mock data, I can reseed the whole thing from settings and start every walkthrough from the same state. That matters more than people think when you're trying to show ops, not theater.

The point was simple: give founders and ops managers one place to catch a bad order, pause a subscription, or spot a stock issue before it turns into a customer email.

There's a little bit of meta here too: yes, I built a thing that updates data, reflects it across 6 views, and then ships its own launch copy. The Russian doll continues.
